Celebrate Customers with a Customer of the Month
1. Customer of the Month
Marketing master guru Seth Godin recommends identifying a
“customer of the month.” For example, a coffee shop in the
U.S. offers a preferred parking space and a photo on the wall
to a customer of the month. Get wacky, get creative, “think
fun” and figure out how you can reward a customer or client.
Not only can this help cement loyalty with your best clients,
it can also help you come up with creative ideas to enhance
all of your customer service experiences. ================================================================
2. Mike’s Fun at Work Tip
Hold a “worst hair day” contest to allow people to revel in
their bad hair days in style. (And if anyone out there does
this, send me some photos and I’ll share them on Humor at Work
TV.)

3. Quote of the Week
“There are no menial jobs. Just menial attitudes.”
William J. Beaumont

4. It’s a Wacky World
The next time you’re tempted to give up on learning something
new on your job, consider this: a 68-year-old South Korean
passed her written test for her driver’s license after the
950th try! 950!! (I’m fairly sure I’d give up after, oh, 437.)
